Dr. Robert Baer is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 38 years of experience providing compassionate, effective mental health care. He is known for his thoughtful, steady approach and his ability to create a welcoming environment where clients feel supported and understood. Dr. Baer earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology and his master’s degree in clinical psychology from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. He completed his Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology at the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology in Springfield, Missouri, with specialized training in marital and family therapy. He works with adolescents and adults, as well as couples, and treats a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. Dr. Baer takes a personalized, collaborative approach to therapy, helping clients identify strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change.
